PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold an adhesive in a state of permeation to the surface of a surface attaching decorative member, and facilitate an attaching working by providing an absorption body capable of absorbing the adhesive on the wall face side of the surface attaching decorative member. SOLUTION: An inner wall 91 is formed of a wall panel 90 comprising a rectangular frame- like frame material 93 and a face material 92 closing the inner frame, and a surface attaching decorative member 10 is attached to a part in which the lowermost part of a plate-like decorative plate material 94 provided on the surface of the indoor side of the wall panel 90 and a floor material 95 are intersected to each other in the form of a strip. The whole face of the wall face side of the decorative member 10 comprises a piece of paper, and an absorption body 30 absorbing an adhesive 20 is provided in the inside. When the decorative member 10 applying the adhesive 20 comprising liquid vinyl acetate resin-based adhesive on the absorption body 30 is pressed on the wall face of the inside of a building, the adhesive 20 which has oozed out from the absorption body 30 is cured between the decorative member 10 and the wall to adhere the both. Since subsequent processing is not needed because a tightening member is not used, liquid does not drop because the absorption body 30 holds the adhesive 20, a large quantity of the adhesive 20 can be held, and adhesion strength is secured to facilitate attaching working.
