PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete form for forming patterns by which a plurality of forms constituted of unit block bodies can be combined in an appropriate arrangement position without bringing a large positional displacement when placing concrete. SOLUTION: When a plurality of block bodies 1 are arranged vertically and laterally on a plane so as to adjoin each other, since a plurality of crests 11a and bottoms 12a of mutually adjacent unit block bodies 1 can be fitted as the whole unit block bodies 1, the relative movement of the mutual unit block bodies is restrained and the arranged positions are determined. Especially, since all of the external end sides of the unit block bodies 1 are constituted of inclined sides, the vertical and horizontal restrictive forces are effectively increased.
