PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the cooling efficiency of an electric wire wherein covering is formed on a conductor. SOLUTION: A cooling liquid 13 is supplied into a tank 11 from one side part 11A thereof and the stored cooling liquid 13 is discharged from the other side part 11B of the tank 11 and the electric wire 10 immersed in the stored cooling liquid 13 is fed from one side part 11A to the other side part 11B and the cooling liquid 13 is separately supplied into the tank 1 from the other side part 11B toward one side part 11A to set off waves generated in the stored cooling liquid 13.
