CONCRETE FORM AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete form in which an acrylic modified silicone rubber layer is formed at the placing face of concrete of a concrete form body and provide a manufacturing method of the concrete form in which an acrylic modified silicone rubber compound is applied after the placing face of the concrete form body has been pretreated with a silicone-based primer and it is naturally dried after hot air drying. SOLUTION: The coated surface condition of this concrete form is unchanged even if the form is repeatedly used, and especially, releasability of the form from concrete is excellent. Cement does not stick to the face applied with silicone rubber. The form is excellent in durability, releasability, and shock resistance. It can be repeatedly used at first application and working efficiency and economic efficiency are favorable.
