PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widely open and opening for throw-in, easily throw even large refuse in a refuse accumulating box, and not to make an opening/closing door body interfere with the work, by forming the door body at the front opening of a box-like body into a frontward falling type. SOLUTION: An upper face opening 2 and a front face opening 3 are prepared side by side on a box-like main body 1 capable of housing refuse. A closing lid body 4, which closes the upper face opening 2 in a freely openable manner, is installed in the upper part of the box-like main body 1, while an opening/ closing door body 5, which closes the front opening 3 in a freely openable manner, is installed in front of the box-like main body 1. A door locking mechanism, which maintains the state in which the opening/closing door body 4 closes the front face opening 3 by locking the door body 4 in a freely unlockable manner, is installed in either one out of or both of the opening/closing door body 4 and the box-like main body 1. The door locking mechanism is so constituted as, when the closing lid body 4 is opened to release the upper face opening 2, the closing-holding state of the front opening 3 is released by lifting the opening/closing door body 4 by a prescribed height, so that the front face opening 3 can be released by falling the lifted opening/closing door body 5 forward.
