COVERING MATERIAL FOR AGEING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high weatherability and impact resistance and to facilitate not only peeling but also settlement. SOLUTION: A covering material for ageing consists of a peeling base material 1 directly bonded to a surface P to be aged and solidified into a film shape at the normal temp. and the protective material 2 bonded and solidified on the surface of the peeling base material 1 bonded and solidified on the surface P to be aged to protect the peeling base material 1 and peeled along with the peeling base material 1 after ageing. Natural rubber is used in the peeling base material 1. The peeling base material 1 is formed from 50-70 wt.% of natural rubber and 30-50 wt.% of an acrylic ester copolymer. The protective material 2 is formed by using elastic urethane.
