MATERIAL ADJUSTMENT-TYPE MATERIAL FEEDER BOX DEVICE FOR CONCRETE BLOCK MOLDING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material adjustment-type material feeder box device for a concrete block molding machine which is capable of adjusting a block material to the size of a form. SOLUTION: The upper end of a longitudinal link arm 8 with the lower end fitted axially, is connected to the rear part of a bottom opening-type material feeder box 6 which slides on a guide receiving table 5 laid on the upper opening edge of a form 1'. Further, the material feeder box 6 is transferred to a position right above the form 1' by a sliding action following the actuation of a cylinder 10 for feeding the box 6 arranged transversely in the center of the longitudinal link arm 8. A forward plate part 6b or a backward plate part 6c of the material feeder box 6 is of such a movable frame construction that the position of the part 6b or the part 6c is switchable in accordance with the size of the form. Thus it is possible to supply a specified amount of the material to the two different kinds of the form using a single material feeder box 6.
