PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile fuel tank having a uniform-rigidity tank main body. SOLUTION: In this automobile fuel tank, a bottom surface of a long tank main body 2 is provided with a container 4 (i.e., an auxiliary tank). The container 4 is disposed at a nearly center position in a longitudinal direction of the tank main body 2 offset one-sidedly in a width direction on the bottom surface of the tank main body 2. The bottom surface of the tank main body 2 is formed with a bead 5 in a center part in the longitudinal direction of the tank main body 2 and beads 6 having different directions from the bead 5 in both side parts of the set part of the container 4.
