PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display is provided to rigidly fix a wire for applying voltage to a lamp by changing the shape of only a reflector mounted on a lamp assembly without adding parts to the lamp assembly or a mold frame. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display comprises a liquid crystal panel, a back-light assembly, a back cover(24), and a separating space. The back-light assembly has a reflector(40), a light-guide plate(16), sheets(18) and a lamp assembly. The reflector, the light-guide plate and the sheets are stacked under the liquid crystal panel. The lamp assembly reflects light toward the light-guide plate. The back cover supports the panel and the back-light assembly, etc. The lamp assembly is coupled to the back cover and forms the space on one edge of the panel. A mold frame(22) having a lengthwise groove is mounted on the inner wall within the space.
