PURPOSE: A method for efficiently changing transmission media between a system and a base station is provided to make a task, wholly responsible for processing by each transmission media, control and manage the whole flow, without changing the flow of all tasks overall, in case that a conversion item is generated due to a change of transmission media between a system and a base station. CONSTITUTION: A task, transmitting base station information or a specific command to a base station, sends the generated command to a task managing transmission media. The task managing transmission media transfers the command to a task transferring the command to the base station according to each transmission media. The task transferring the command to the base station converts the command suitably for relevant transmission media and transmits the converted command to the base station. A task receiving the command according to each transmission media transmits the command to a task processing the command. The task processing the command processes the command, makes a response for the command and transmits it to the task managing transmission media. The task managing transmission media transfers the response to a task transferring a message to a system. The task receiving the response converts the command response suitably for the relevant transmission media and transmits it to the system. The system transmits the response to the first task having transmitted the command. The first task executes an operation suitable for the command response.
