PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and surely supply an ozone-contg. gas in a treating device having an ozonizer and supplying the ozone-contg. gas to treat a liq. by precisely preventing the intrusion of the liq. likely to damage the ozonizer into the ozonizer without using the treating pressure of the ozonizer. SOLUTION: An ozone-contg. gas is supplied from an ozonizer 11 by this method. A gas feed line 10 having the ozonizer 11 and supplying-the ozone-contg. gas is connected freely disconnectably to a liq. treating line 20 having a liq, holding treating tank 21 to be supplied with the ozone-contg. gas, and the pressure difference between the gas feed line 10 and liq. treating line 20 is continuously measured. When the pressure is higher (+) in the gas feed line 10 than in the liq. treating line 20, both lines are connected, and, when the pressure is equal or lower (0 or -), both lines are disconnected. The connection between both lines 10 and 20 is thus controlled. Further a drum 12 for trapping liq. is preferably furnished to the gas feed line 10.
