SEMI-OUTDOOR SPACE STRUCTURE OF HOUSE IN COLD DISTRICT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-outdoor space structure of a house in a cold district which is excellent in usability to put groceries in a kitchen or put them out of the kitchen and can be used as a cold reserving storage space instead of a refrigerator. SOLUTION: A semi-outdoor space 24 partitioned by a sash 23S at the front face is formed in a recess 21 whose three sides of a house building X are surrounded by a first building external wall Xa and a second building external wall Xb and the upper and lower faces are partitioned by bottom walls 22, 19. The semi-outdoor space 24 is positioned to abutt to a kitchen 17 of which the sliding door 18a is opened so that one can come in the kitchen and go out of it through a sash 25S. The semi-outdoor space 24 can be used as a cold reserving storage space where one can freely come and go from the kitchen space through the sash 25S in the winter.
