oil-producing industry, particularly, methods of development of oil pools within isolated lithologically screened oil-saturated lenses occurred and drilled-in by single operation well. SUBSTANCE: method includes alternation of water injection with hydraulic fracturing of porous medium with regulated pressure relief and withdrawal of formation fluid. Water is injected at well bottom pressure exceeding pressure of fracturing of porous medium and sufficient for producing vertical fractures deeply penetrating in formation to lens boundaries. Water injection is discontinued as soon as formation pressure restores to its initial value. Well bottom pressure is quickly relieved, well is converted for operation, and formation fluid is withdrawn until formation pressure decreases to level of saturation pressure of oil with gas, or oil production drops to profitable limit.
