testing facilities. SUBSTANCE: device is designed for testing pipe specimens at complex loading. Device has set for tensioning of specimen, fastening clamps, stoppers for sealing inner space of specimen, pipeline and internal pressure source. Device is made in form of two sectors orientated relative to each other by rims. Sectors are installed symmetrically in one plane and are furnished with drives for reversible rotation relative to their axes. Clamps for fastening specimen are found on some cross-lying ends of sector rims, and on other, tension device stops are fitted. Tension device is made in form of hydraulic cylinder secured on one stop and flexible tie connecting hydraulic cylinder with other stop. EFFECT: possibility of investigating serviceability of pipes under complex loading conditions close to real operating conditions. 2 dwg
