The invention concerns a rotating electric machine whereof the rotor (2) comprises a magnetic core (3) provided with radial teeth (4), uniformly distributed at its periphery, annular magnets (5, 6) arranged on either side of the core (3) axial ends and magnetic end flanges (7, 8) pressing said annular magnets against the core, magnetic bars (12) linking the end flanges (7, 8) together, housed in the spaces between the radial teeth (4), additional magnets being interposed between each of said bars (12) and at least the side walls of the core radial teeth (7) defining said spaces, and whereof the stator (11) comprises a magnetic core (13), excitation coils (14, 15) arranged on either side of the core (13), a stator coil (16) wound on the core and a magnetic ring (20) in contact with the core and provided with radial rims (21, 22) co-operating with the axial rims (9, 10) of the rotor end flanges (7, 8) to form paths for the return flux. |
