Natural dyeing product from green vegetables and its preparation process

Natural colorant (I) derived from green plants has a chlorophyll content of 30-200 mg/g and an endogenous protein content of 150-500 mg/g (both on a dry basis). An Independent claim is also included for the production of (I) by mixing green plants with water, coarsely chopping the plants, grinding the plants more finely and discarding tissue debris, grinding the product to form a puree, filtering the puree to remove cell debris, concentrating the filtrate until the water content is 10-30%, and optionally drying the concentrate to obtain a powder.
