The radial thickness of a clamping slot in the fixing clamp(1) is approximately the same as or slightly larger than the radial thickness of the double protruding edge(40) of the mudguard(4). The slot serves to accommodate the edge of the mudguard, and the two edges(121,122) of the slot are connected to the two sides of the mudguard so that the mudguard is held tight by the fixing clamp. The double protruding edge of the mudguard represents an arc-shaped section.
