PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a louver, by which a structure is simplified while an excellent feeling of opening and a decorative effect are obtained by simultaneously ensuring not only daylighting properties from the outdoor side but also seeing- through properties from the indoor side. SOLUTION: The louver is composed of opaque tabular support pieces 12 with two strips or more of oblique groove sections 13 and opaque blade plate pieces 15 with two strips or more of orthogonal groove sections and through- holes 17. A plurality of the blade plate pieces 15 are arranged to a plurality of the tabular support pieces 12 arranged in parallel at regular intervals while crossing these tabular support pieces 12 at that time, corresponding and coinciding each oblique groove section 13 and orthogonal groove section are fitted and fixed mutually, and the louver 11 is formed.
