PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positional deviation correcting device for a seismic isolation structure capable of easily correcting the positional deviation at a time when the positional deviation of a superstructure from the foundation has occurred. SOLUTION: This correcting device 4 is able to correct a positional deviation of a single family house 2 supported by seismic isolation relative to the horizontal direction H by means of seismic isolation device 3 interposed between the foundation 1 and the house 2 as a superstructure. The correcting device 4 comprises a long-sized rod 7 having columnar rigidity having a threaded portion 6 at the side of one end portion 5, a linking block 8 with a rigidity screwed to the threaded portion 6 of a long-sized rod 7, a rigid linking block 11 mounted in a freely movable manner in the direction of a shaft center 10 and in a freely rotatable manner in the direction of the shaft center 10 at the side of other end portion 9 of the long-sized rod 7, thereby blocking the pull-out of the linking block 11 from the other end 12 of the long-sized rod 7 and, for rotating the long-sized rod 7 around the shaft center 10, rotating means 13 provided at the other end portion 9 of the long-sized rod 7.
