CLEANING STRIPPING METHOD AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cleaning work by properly forming a good mixed jetting flow composed of a granule and the like and to provide a cleaning stripping technique effective also for the stripping work against a sticking material. SOLUTION: The mixed flow composed of a gas, a droplet liquid and the granule is formed by connecting a high pressure water pump 2 to a mixer 4, jetting high pressure water at a high speed into the mixer 4, supplying air from an air supply pipe 9 to the jetting flow and simultaneously supplying the granule from a granule supply pipe 14. The cleaning stripping action is performed by jetting the mixed flow from a nozzle 15 at the high speed to blow on the surface of a material to be treated to apply the impact action, which the granule and the droplet liquid as the cleaning stripping media possess, on the surface to be treated. The cleaning stripping action is further accelerated by heating a liquid and a gas supplied to the mixer 4.
