PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk chucking mechanism capable of regulating the floating of a chucking lever and the sinking of a driving pin and making a motor thin. SOLUTION: This disk chucking mechanism includes a rotary driving shaft 1, a rotor case 2 and a driving pin 6 provided in one end, and a chucking lever 5 having the other end attached rotatably on the rotor case 2. In this case, the rotor case 2 includes a hole 2a formed in the vicinity of the driving pin 6, at least a part of the end portion of the hole 2a is located in a projection surface from the axial direction of the driving pin 6, the chucking lever 5 is made of a thin elastic metal and placed on the rotor case 2, the tip 5c of the chucking lever 5 is bent in stages and disposed to be abutted on the lower surface side of the rotor case 2 via the hole 2a, and thus the floating regulation section of the chucking lever 5 is constructed.
