PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the silver halide photographic sensitive material high in sensitivity and small in fog even in rapid processing and improved in pressure resistance and small in fluctuation of processing and to provide the method for processing it. SOLUTION: This photosensitive material contains at least one of silver halide emulsions which is prepared by growing silver halide grains, while properly extracting an aqueous solution containing salts out of a reactant solution by using an ultra-filtration method and it contains a compound represent by the formula in which each of R11 and R15 is, independently, an optionally substituted 1-5C alkyl or optionally substituted alkoxy or cyano group; and each of R12-R14 is, independently, an H atom a carboxy, sulfo or phosphoric group or a 1-4C alkyl or alkenyl group substituted by a carboxy, sulfo, sulfuric, or phospho group, but each of R12-R14 is not an H atom at the same time.
