PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make handling sensitivity safer without reducing ignitability, combustibility and explosiveness by incorporating polynitropolyacetylhexazaisourotitanium and an oxaisourotitanium compound into hexanitrohexazaisourotitanium. SOLUTION: Polynitropolyacetylhexazaisourotitanium and one or more of oxaisourotitanium compounds of formulae I-V are incorporated into hexanitrohexazaisourotitanium preferably by 0.1-5 wt.% and 0.01-0.5 wt.%, respectively. When the resultant explosive composition is blended with part or all of a known explosive or gunpowder component, high performance can be ensured. A binder component optionally having terminal hydroxyl groups is used.
