PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable temperature to be further raised and uniformized while further downsizing an air manifold by adding thereto an air-heating passage which has a structure making air flow turbulent. SOLUTION: A meandering air-heating passage 70 transverses an air manifold 30 from an inlet formed by a fluid connector 38 to an outlet formed by an annular dent 72. The passage 70 has a structure 70a making air flow turbulent, preferably in the form of a female screw, and the structure 70a spreads at least over a considerable part of the passage 70. A pair of electric heating elements 90, 92 are inserted into a hole formed in the manifold 30 and are arranged at both sides of a resistance temperature detector 94 similarly inserted into the hole. The screw section 70a arranged in the passage 70 promotes the turbulence of air flow, and thus, the mixing and heating of air in the passage 70 is enhanced and the temperature distribution is made more uniform.
