PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper reversing device for a double-side printer, which is in a simple structure, excellent in strength, durability and paper carrying stability and suitable for high-speed operation without damaging a cylinder surface. SOLUTION: This device has a reversing body 8 arranged between impression cylinders 6, 7. The reversing body 8 is provided with a first suction mechanism 13 for sucking and receiving the paper end of a printing paper 3 from the impression cylinder 6 at the upstream side and a second suction mechanism 14 for sucking and receiving the paper end of the printing paper 3 from the first suction mechanism 13 to perform re-gripping motion and for reversing the printing paper 3 to deliver it to the impression cylinder 7 at the downstream side, in such a manner that both are rotationally movable.
