PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bottle opener which can open not only a beverage bottle but also a pull-tab type beverage can and a form which can prepare the bottle opener visibly in a room. SOLUTION: This bottle opener comprises a rod-like grip 20 simulating a human body and comprising a bottle opener part, at an end of the grip, an engaging claw 24 simulating a human head 23 and an annular engaging ring 32 simulating both arms 31 coupled with each other. A lever 40 for pulling up a pull tab having a fulcrum simulating human soles provided at the other end of the grip and a locking piece inclinedly extending from the fulcrum toward a side and simulating toes is formed. An end of the grip is used to remove a crown cap of a beverage bottle, and the other end is used to open the pull tab of a beverage can.
