PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate unsealing by providing uneven portions which can be identified by finger tips on both sides of an unsealing cut-out of a bag-like wrapping material and adding an auxiliary method for checking the cut-out by the touch of finger tips for unsealing. SOLUTION: Uneven portions which can be identified by finger tips are provided on both sides of unsealing cut-outs 2, 3, 4 of a wrapping material body 1 such as a plastic bag, and the bag is unsealed by adding an auxiliary method for checking the cut-out by a feel of the finger tips. Methods for identifying by finger tips may include boring holes 5 on both sides of the cut-outs 2, 3, 4 of the bag-like wrapping material body 1 to form the uneven portions of a bag material surface and recesses of the holes and providing Braille-dot-like embosses on both sides of the cut-outs 2, 3, 4. In use, the uneven portions are touched by the finger tips to check their portions, and they are caught in both hands and pulled to cross fore and aft, whereby the bag can be easily unsealed. Otherwise, a hook or a nail is passed through the hole 5 for fixing, and the bag is torn off by a hand, whereby the bag can be unsealed by a single hand.
