PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous production method for foamed mortar by which the stable and light foamed mortar is produced and a contruction method for the foamed mortar, which enables continuous construction for a long period, e.g. 3-4 hours, large quantity construction, construction to a structure to which a lateral pressure is applied and contruction to a place where water is present. SOLUTION: The method for continuously producing the foamed mortar is comprised of continuously feeding a cement composition to a powder- transporting part of a line mixer having the powder-transporting part and a kneading part and, at the same time, continuously feeding water and air bubbles to the kneading part and then kneading them. The method for continuously producing quick setting foamed mortar is comprised of separately feeding the foamed mortar and a cement quick setting agent and mixing together. The quick setting contruction method is comprised of separately feeding the foamed mortar and the cement quick setting agent and then constructing while mixing together.
