PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a bound tube body consisting of three pieces of tubes bundled so as to be automatically loaded on a rack so favorable in loading efficiency. SOLUTION: This device is comprised of a conveyor roller 4 for conveying a bound tube body 2 in the tube axial direction, a turnover means 5 installed in a conveyor line of this roller conveyor 4, for reversing the top and bottom of the bound tube body 2, and a picking means 6 for picking the turnover bound tube body turned upside down by the turnover means 5 and another nonreversing bound tube body being not turned over, and loading either of them on a rack 1, respectively. The turnover means 5 consists of a lifting machine 7 being liftable and having a V-shaped groove 7A, and a pushing machine 8 pushing a side face of the bound tube body 2 pushed up by the lifting machine 7, having this bound tube body 2 dropped into the groove 7A of the lifting machine 7, thereby reversing the top and bottom of the bound tube body 2, respectively.
