PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap attaching structure capable of attaching a cap to a pipe member having an end portion shape where of a pair of opposing wall portions, the end part of one wall portion is pushed out more than end part of the other wall portion, and increasing the degree of freedom more for setting the shape of the cap. SOLUTION: An opening window 62 is provided in one wall portion 7c of a pipe member 7 (base), and an engaging pawl 61 elastically engaged with the opening window 62 in a specified attaching position is provided in the corresponding position of a cap 4. A regulation portion 5 for inhibiting the cap 4 to be displaced from one wall portion 7c toward the other wall portion 7a in the specified attaching position is provided between the pipe member 7 and the cap 4.
