摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an economical superconductive high frequency acceleration cavity of high performance which can be easily manufactured and which can contribute to reduction of manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: In a high frequency acceleration cavity 11 to give energy to a charged particle beam, in which an inner surface of the cavity 11 comprising heat conductive material as base material to face the beam is formed of superconductive material, a first pipe 13 comprising superconductive material is inserted into the cavity 11, a second pipe 14 having ductility to which inner pressure is applied is inserted into the first pipe 13, and the inner pressure is added to the second pipe 14 to inflate it, thereby the first pipe 13 is indirectly deformed to make it close contact with the inside of the cavity 11.
