SLUDGE TREATING MATERIAL AND SOIL CONDITIONER AND SLUDGE TREATING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively remove the moisture in sludge and also to modify the sludge to effectively use the sludge. SOLUTION: The sludge treating material P2 is formed by inoculating wood putrefying bacteria to the mixture obtained by mixing a tree bark crushed matter S1 obtained by grinding tree bark and a fibrous matter S2 converted into relatively short fiber obtained by pulverizing and splitting pulps. When the sludge treating material P2 is mixed to the sludge, since the flow of the sludge is disturbed by the interlocking of fibers which are peculiar to the tree bark, the sludge is easily accumulated at a disposal cite. And, the transfer of the moisture from the inside of the sludge toward the surface layer is executed and drying is accelerated by the capillarity of wood fibers or the fibrous matters.
