PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing burglary and illegal use, and for preventing the deterioration of the original operability of a user in an information processor which can be carried. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a sensor 20(200-20n) for detecting the carried state of the device main body, a judging part 101 for judging the presence or absence of the carriage of the device main body according to the output of the sensor 20, an alarming part 105 for outputting alarm according to preliminarily set and stored set information when the presence of the carriage of the device main body is judged by the judging part 101, means 103 and 108 for operating certification by the input of a password according to the set information at the time of power supply after the carriage of the device main body when the presence of the carriage is judged by the judging part 101, and means 109, 110, and 111 for controlling the input of a password for decipherment according to the set information in response to access to an enciphered secret file 112, and for controlling the reading of the secret file. |
