PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a TAKOYAKI (baked becn containg octopus in it) food capable of solving such a problem that a mayonnaise applied to the TAKOYAKI filthily adheres to its package and besmears a mouth when taking the food and of reducing a heating time in producing the food, and to provide a method for producing the TAKOYAKI allowed to provide a good taste after cooling down. SOLUTION: This food is obtained by disposing an ingredient 2 obtained by blending mayonnaise with the fragments of e.g. octopuses and vegetables inside the covering 1 comprising a flour component as the main raw material. |
