PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact reciprocating actuator which can guide a slide table smoothly even if it has a stop member. SOLUTION: A rodless cylinder unit 30 is arranged on a base 1 side having a bottom wall 1a and a guide rail 10 is stuck to the upper surface of the base bottom wall 1a and a guide piece 15 stuck to the lower surface of a slide table 18 is guided to the guide rail 10 and a stopper 72, whose longitudinal length is shorter than that of the slide table 18 and the contact surface 73 of whose axial direction end surface is entered in the longitudinal direction more inside than the end surface of the slide table 18, is installed on the lower surface of the slide table 18 between the guide piece 15 and an outer moving body 44 and the contact surface 73 of the stopper 72 is stuck on the upper surface of the base bottom wall 1a and a shock absorber 80 is stuck to the position facing to the axial direction. |
