PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid detergent for kitchen that excels in detergency to oil stain and a foaming property, slippery feel at cleaning is controlled, and in addition that is excellent in a hand skin mildness that hardly cause hand roughness.SOLUTION: A liquid detergent for kitchen includes: 3-12 mass% of an anionic surfactant (a) shown by general formula (1), [wherein Rdenotes a 10-16C straight hydrocarbon group; m denotes a repeating number of (CHCHO), and an average value of m is 0.5-1.5; and Mdenotes a counter ion]; 2-10 mass% of an alkanoyl amide alkylamine oxide (b); a nonionic surfactant (c); and water, wherein the component (a) includes 35-55 mass% of a compound (a0) of m=0 based on the entire of the component (a), a mass ratio shown by the component (a0)/the component (b) is 0.2-1.5, and pH at 25°C is 4-5.9. |
