PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve the positioning accuracy of a material to be packaged, keep the interval of the material to be packaged constant at all times and carry out the good bag manufacturing and packaging process by providing a shutter to be opened and closed freely and also retractable upward on an introduction section of the material to be packaged. SOLUTION: A positioning shutter 15 retractable upward by a rotating and driving mechanism 18 is provided on the introduction position on the carrying side on the downstream of the introduction position of an introduction section 4 introducing and feeding a material 3 to be packaged into a film 1 in the open state, and a reciprocating movement mechanism 19 for reciprocatingly slide moving the shutter 15 in the carrying direction is also provided. The shutter 15 is suspended and set into the closed state, and the material 3 to be packaged is introduced and the shutter 15 is moved slightly to the carriage front side. The material 3 to be packaged in the state of hitting the shutter 15 is set on the given staring position at all times by the arrangement. Then the shutter 15 is rotated upward and opened to start the carriage. |
