PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a vaccine having high enhancement for the production of an antibody on a trace level, having only weak local response such as swelling and excellent in safety by adopting interferonβto be administered through mucous membrane of the nasal cavity, the oral cavity and the throat as an adjuvant to be administered with an antigen. SOLUTION: This vaccine is produced by adopting interferonβto be administered through mucous membrane of the nasal cavity, the oral cavity and the throat as an adjuvant to be administered together with or separately from an antigen such as tetanus toxoid and pertussis. A dose of interferonβ/(one dose or one day) is preferably 0.5-500 IU (international unit). The vaccine can wipe out various anxious dangers such as dementia and allergic enhancement.
