PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of an apparatus by electrically connecting an electrically connected object member and a plurality of control electrodes of the same electric potential from among a plurality of control electrodes provided for controlling electron beams, into a single conductor at a plurality of points. SOLUTION: A stem pin G4, and a fourth grid G4A and a fourth grid G4B which are control electrodes that should be at the same electric potential, are electrically connected with one integral conductor 40. One conductor 40 is a conductive lead part and has a first part and a second part. The first part is fixed to the stem pin G4 and the fourth grid G4A, by welding at welding parts 50, 51. The second part is fixed to the fourth grids G4A, G4B by welding at welding parts 51, 52. The one conductor 40 is electrically connected with respect to the stem pin G4 and to the fourth grids G4A, G4B only at three welding parts 50, 51, 52. The manufacturing cost of an electron gun device is reduced, and assembly process is simplified.
