PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reduced-pressure coating apparatus which can uniformly coat an object to be coated without causing uneven coating at the front and rear ends of the object by installing a divided lid which opens when the front end of the object contacts an outlet opening having an inclination crossing with the direction of advancement of the object and closes when the rear end passes through the opening. SOLUTION: When the front end of an object 4 to be coated is on the way to an outlet opening 2a having an inclined part, a divided lid F is partly opened to form a slit S1 between the front end and the outlet opening, and the rest is shut with the divided lid F; hence, the front end is stroked enough by an air knife flowing in from the slit S1, preventing uneven coating from occurring. When the rear end of the object 4 is on the way to the outlet opening 2a having an inclined part, the divided lid F is partly opened to form a slit S1 between the rear end and the outlet opening, and the rest is shut with the divided lid F; hence, the rear end is stroked enough by an air knife flowing in from the slit S1, preventing uneven coating from occurring.
