PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strike a staple to a corner or the like of a wall and a floor by reducing in size a stable magazine of a stapling machine. SOLUTION: A pusher guide for guiding a pusher 7 of a staple magazine 6 is formed in a shape raising from rear of a stable guide 8 upward in a circular arc-like state, and a rear lower surface of the magazine 6 is also formed in a circular arc-like state to reduce a rearward projecting part. In this case, when the pusher 7 is slid rearward, a rear part of the magazine 6 is opened to charge a staple in the guide 8 from rear. Since the rear lower surface of the magazine 6 is formed in the circular arc-like state, the stapling machine 1 can be tilted rear to strike the staple. Thus, the staple can be struck to a corner of the wall and the floor.
