PURPOSE: A device for automatically controlling a headlight is provided to improve the convenience of operation by automatically turning on when a vehicle travels after the headlight is turned off, and a wiper is rotated at a low speed or automatically turned off when the speed of a vehicle is stopped and manually turning off the headlight and the wiper while the wiper is rotated at a high speed or turned on. CONSTITUTION: When the speed of a traveling vehicle is stopped in a state that a mobile contact point of each selection switch is communicated with an automatic contact point, the headlight and wiper in an on-state are automatically turned off by operating the corresponding relay of the headlight and wiper connected with a signal through a controller(20) while a detected object of a speedometer(10) is reached to a sensor head(14) of a speed stop position and is sensed. In addition, when the vehicle travels again, the detected object is moved and divided from the sensor head, and a contact point of the relay is changed to an on-state. At the same time, a b contact point is changed to an off state so that the headlight and wiper are automatically turned on.
