METHOD FOR PREVENTING FULL STATE OF GATEWAY BUFFER IN IPC NETWORK

PURPOSE: A method for preventing a full state of a gateway buffer in an IPC(Inter Processor Communication) network is provided to control a message transmission by using a queuing level of a gateway buffer. CONSTITUTION: A method for preventing a full state of a gateway buffer in an IPC(Inter Processor Communication) network comprises the steps of a process for transmitting a message to an IPC bus within a group, a process for reporting a determination signal to each processor within the group, and a process for permitting a message transmission to other group. The transmitting process is to transmit a stored message to a gateway link or the IPC bus after storing the received message in message units in a buffer. The reporting process is to report a signal for determining a message transmission stop or a message transmission permission to each processor. The permitting process is to stop or permit the transmission according to the message transmission stop or permission signal.
