The present invention relates to a new agent for repairing the damaged tissue and promoting a healing effect on external injuries or wounds, comprising of carboxymethyl cellulose, in which drug applicable to a wounded surface is combined with the said fibrous carboxymethyl cellulose by ionic bonding, affinity bonding or mechanical bonding, and the fibrous carboxymethyl cellulose is obtained from natural or regenerated cellulose by chemical treatment and by carboxylmethylation. <IMAGE> |
