PURPOSE: A transmission system of a tractor is provided to damp the vibration and noise of a tractor and to perform the increase and decrease of the speed and the final driving by selecting row of a shift gear from 1 stage to 16 stage of moving forward by using two universal joints. CONSTITUTION: A power of an engine is delivered to a first mission assembly(9) via a clutch assembly(2), and the progressing direction of the power driving power is decided via the selection of speed change of moving forward or back up of a drive gear(5) and an idler gear(6) of a hollow core shaft(38). At first stage of moving forward, the power is sequentially delivered to the idler gear, a gear(8), a counter shaft(4), a universal joint(22), a counter shaft(18), a gear(32), a second shaft(17), a gear(34), an idler gear(25), a gear(27), a gear(28), a gear(29), a gear(31) and an output shaft(30). At sixteenth stage of moving forward, the power is sequentially delivered to the hollow core shaft(38), the idler gear(6), the gear(8), the counter shaft(4), the universal joint(22), the counter shaft(18), the idler gear(23), a reduction gear(24), a second shaft(17), the gear(31), a drive gear(33), an idler gear(35), a gear(36), a shaft(26), the gear(28), a drive gear(37) and the output shaft(30). And at the back up, the power is sequentially delivered to the hollow core shaft(38), the drive gear(5), a counter gear(39), a back up shift gear(7), the counter shaft(4), the universal joint(22), the counter shaft(18), a drive gear(32), the gear(31), the second shaft(17), the gear(34), an idler gear(25), the idler gear(35), the gear(36), the shaft(26), the gear(29), the gear(31) and the output shaft(30).
