PURPOSE: A plate for rotation is provided to be rotated by a motor and to supply a stable power to a lamp by preventing the twisting event of a cable when a frame of sign is rotated. CONSTITUTION: A cable(18a) is connected in a first and a second elastic contacting terminals(11a)(11b) fixed in a bracket(2a) with an insulating flap(10) between terminals through flowing slots of cable(3a)(3b) formed in a supporting portion(2) in the state installed a frame of sign contained a lamp(31) and a displaying portion(32) displayed a content of advertisement in an arriving portion of frame(13). A + polar is connected in the first elastic contacting terminal(11a) and a - polar is connected in the second elastic contacting terminal(11b). When a power is fed to a motor(5) and the cable(18a) by controlling a power switch, the motor(5) is rotated in a regular direction, a rotating pipe(8) integrally formed is rotated by a slave gear(8) butted with a first driving gear(6) installed in a rotating shaft of the motor(5) and the arriving portion of frame(13) combined with a flange portion(9) is rotated when the rotating pipe(8) is rotated. Thereby the frame of sign(30) installed in the arriving portion of frame(13) is rotated at the same time.
