PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing thermal insulating wall papers is provided to effectively keep the inside temperature of a room in a wide range of temperature without using any metal such as aluminum by laminating a cast polypropylene nylon sheet layer, a silicon pearl layer, a cotton layer, an adhesive layer and a protection layer on a printed sheet. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing thermal insulating wall papers includes the steps of adding a silicon pearl sheet for blocking permeation of chilly air and humidity from external atmosphere into a room with a cotton sheet including air layer for keeping warmth by a first compression roller at a high temperature, adding a printed sheet having a predetermined color and pattern with a nylon sheet for blocking leakage of warmth of the room outside by a second compression roller at a high temperature, adding the papers passed through the first and the second compression rollers with a third compression roller, coating an adhesive agent on the paper passed through the third compression roller, and adding the adhesive-coated paper with a protection sheet for preventing dryness and concentration of the adhesive agent on the paper and to be separated from the adhesive layer by a fourth compression roller.
