PURPOSE: An advertising method for chatting window of web browser is provided to enhance an advertising effect by locating an advertisement on a menu region located on a upper portion of a web browser to perform the advertisement. CONSTITUTION: An internet user drives a web browser and connects a web server(S101).The web server transmits a web page on which a chatting window generating and control program is mounted to the internet user(S102). The web browser requests an advertising transmission. The web server transmits an advertisement to the web browser for displaying a banner advertisement on a chatting window according to the request of the advertising transmission(S103).
