METHOD FOR AUTOMATICALLY CONTROLLING HTR CODE BY USING FUZZY LOGIC

PURPOSE: An automatic HTR(Hard to Reach) control method is provided to automatically block a connection of a call arriving to a specific subscriber or a specific arrival exchanger by using a fuzzy logic algorithm in a dialing exchanger or a switching exchanger. CONSTITUTION: The HTR control method comprises steps of obtaining a change of uncompleted call rate(CUCR) and an uncompleted call rate(UCR) by measuring a process traffic per a unit time, and obtaining UCRf and CUCRf by dividing the UCR by one fixed constant(alpha) and the CUCR by the other fixed constant(beta); obtaining a fuzzy membership function set of the UCR(Sucr(f)) and a fuzzy membership function set of the CUCR(Scucr(f)), converting the Sucr(f) and the Scucr(f) into a fuzzy set of change of blocking rate(CBRf(i,j)), and then calculating the CBRf(i,j) into a new fuzzy change of blocking rate(CBRf); obtaining a change of blocking rate by multiplying the CBRf by a constant(gamma), and obtaining a new call connection blocking rate(CCBRn) by adding the CBR to a prior obtained call connection blocking rate(CCBRn-1).
