PURPOSE: A broth and a process thereof are provided which have a special flavor and ingredients, prevent food poisoning, stimulate appetite and good for health. CONSTITUTION: A broth is characterized by being made by the process of: extracting by heating the mixture mixed 25-35litter of water and 1-3kilogram of an antler, 100-300gram of a ginseng, a jujube, and ginger at 80-100°C for 2-4hrs.; mixing 20-30litter of the same extract with 200-400milliliter of a plum wine which purity is 20-30% and ripened for 60-90days; and mixing 95-99.5wt.% of the extract mixed with the plum wine and 0.1-1wt.% of fennel powder pulverized by 300-400mesh, 0.2-2wt.% of a glutinous rice jelly, 0.2-2wt.% of oligosaccharide followed by beating. |
